Meet Randall Hopkins, M.Ed., BCBA

Founder & Clinical Director


Randall Hopkins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, clinic, and community settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University and a Master of Education in Special Education from George Mason University.


Throughout his career, Randall has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including Behavior Specialist, Behavior Services Supervisor, Regional Behavior Director, and Clinical Director. His experience includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical teams, training caregivers, and supporting children with a wide range of behavioral, communication, social, and adaptive skill needs.


Randall founded Hopkins Behavioral Services with a commitment to providing client-centered, ethical, and evidence-based care that empowers children, supports families, and promotes meaningful, lasting outcomes.
